The hotel has recently renovated rooms, which are bright and welcoming. The staff is accommodating and replenish bowls and cutlery. Located in the heart of Heraklion, it is in a central location. The area around the hotel is relatively quiet, which was enjoyable. Guests have access to a panoramic restaurant and a rooftop bar.

Beautifully designed, functional room, excellent Wi-Fi. Lovely bed, a balcony and sound-proofed windows in the room. Favourable and perfect location in a relatively quiet area near the reception and bar/restaurant as well as buses to both town. Outstanding food in the rooftop restaurant in the vicinity.

The 5-th floor terrasse with beautiful view (sea and city walls). The space in the room. Other reviewers have complained about the noise, but at the 3th floor window & store closed, it was no problem for me.

The weakness of the global artificial lighting in the room (not comfortable to read except lying on the bed...)

The rooms here have a nice setup, including a spacious balcony and a brand new bathroom. It's also in a good spot, just a kilometer away from the Historical Museum of Crete! 🌟

I arrived late and could not get a taxi from the port. I called reception and they arranged it for me very quickly which was much appreciated. The service was excellent and the room was large and comfortable.

The location is a bit loud and busy so not entirely good if you are looking for a quiet night's sleep.

Uncomfortable bed & pillows The room smelled bad from cigarette! The duvet was burned from cigarette in one spot! Very old facilities in W.C.

The location was great and absolutely perfect, minutes from attractions like the main street and city walls. Everything was good and within a 10-minute drive of Nikos Kazantzakis airport. - Spotless rooms were one of the advantages; they included a shower and a large shower.

the staff wre helpful, and eager to correct some small problems we had. It was also very clean The breakfast, bar on the roof is really lovely.

I found the bathrooms, although clean, abit shabby. Also it is situated on a main road, so you need to ask for a room away from the street.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The food of the restaurant was excelent, at an excent price.

The parking space was a bit difficult to find.

Staff was friendly and helpful for getting information of Crete. Breakfast was good. I love fresh orange juice.

The bath room was very small so that it was not enough space to take a shower comfortably.
